EA Scaffolding & Systems Limited have particular strength in designed scaffold structures and have strong engineering capabilities in-house to support this function. In response to a particularly challenging project EA's in-house design team engineered a revolutionary modular aluminium lattice girder and complementary roofing system. This has since become the UK's leading temporary roofing system distributed by resellers across the UK.
Duo pitch roofs are supplied at either 18° or 36° pitch, in either a symmetrical, asymmetrical or arched configuration. Bay sizes of 2.07, 2.57 or 3.07m are used to suit site constraints, mobile/telescopic options exist for all roofs. Spans of up to 40m are achievable. Duo pitch roofs offer increased span capabilities when compared to mono pitch roofs. EA Scaffolding & Systems Limited undertake wind, snow and imposed load analyses for each roof commissioned.

EA Scaffolding & Systems Limited can provide cladding solutions to scaffold structures in a variety of ways. In addition to regular plastic sheeting or debris netting we offer seamless keder sheets mounted on alloy extrusions. These sheets can be used to form easy access into scaffold structures as they can be slid up and down without the need to remove numerous ties. EA also offer a rigid cladding solution for enhanced security and containment.
